With over 22 years of hands-on experience in security management, law enforcement, and organizational development, Dr. Wilson Kiprono, P.H.D, H.S,C, has led strategic programs for global institutions including the World Bank, U.S. Embassy, ACT Alliance and more. His deep expertise in security consultancy, crisis management, and capacity building continues to shape C.C.B’s impact across Africa.
